Brine Freezer
The Liquid Freezer, also known as the Brine Freezer, has been specially designed for the food industry to meet high capacity output and supreme quality requirements for products such as prawns, ice cream, or process cooling. Our new technique involves cooling brine down to -65°C using a film evaporator made of SS316, which ensures better quality and is controlled by a touch screen computer for fine-tuning and better response.
